Valerie Gill is the Executive Director of Kelly's Serenity House.  She holds a Master Degree in Education.  She has been working in the social service field for over 25 years.  Mrs. Gill brings a tremendous amount of experience and professionalism to serving families that are homeless and have been victims by violence.  Mrs. Gill is a former Board Member of the State Foster Care Advisory Board.  She guides and evaluates early childhood programs to quality care.  She worked as a mentor and coach to new and upcoming teachers in the field of education.  She supports policy issues on behalf of women and children in violent situations and believes that if we strengthen a family, we can save them!
